Students Need Sleep to Grow & Learn

Is your student getting enough sleep?


To help you and your student have a PHENOMENAL Back to School experience, this week start to get your child to bed sooner.  Perhaps, one hour earlier a day until you reach the optimum time. 

Trust me, you'll want them wide-eyed and bushy-tailed for the first day of school and beyond. My classroom is a bevy of learning activity!

This coming 5th grade year is going to be a year like your student has never experienced before!  Don't worry, this is in a good way, but they will need to be energized to be fully engaged.
